The last couple months have been so busy we’ve barely had time to blog! Here’s a small taste of news from the ‘Labs:
MGMT turned Kingsize Studio A into their own personal soundlab for a couple weeks, writing and recording new music with their producer and collaborator Patrick Wimberly (Chairlift). They made heavy use of effects pedals from our friends at Earthquaker Devices!
The new album by Beware of Darkness titled Are You Real? is out now, recorded in our Studio A. Really fun session with these guys that you can read more about in our post from last year!
Debut music from Lo Moon is also now out in the wild, produced and engineered by Chris Walla (ex-Death Cab for Cutie)!
Finally, a couple live performances were shot over at 64Sound recently! Cleopold were filmed for the CBS Music Minute and Hailey Knox performed her cover of “Guillotine” by Jon Bellion.
